Castle History

The Castle Home has only had 4 owners over the years and the love for it remains continuous.

Designed with features from all eras of castle building, the Castle’s short history spans just 3 generations.

Helen Chubbuck Lusk brought bricklayers and masons from Europe to build this home, drawing inspiration from Romanesque (11th and 12th centuries) and Gothic (12th to 16th centuries) features.
